Thane Spell Damage Revelation

I have been doing some recent testing of the Stormcalling line on grey mobs.

I have found that my Thor's Lightning and my Command Mjolnir spells cap at 450'ish damage on grey cons.

However the delve values are 151 and 140 respectively. Does this shoot down the common belief that Thane spells cap at 1.25x Delve? because this would implicate a theoretical cap of 3x Delve.

OR am I being ignorant and there is no way in hell I can ever hit these values on level 50's regardless of their resists?

Basically I want to know if Robed Casters regularly hit the same cap on level 50 players that they can achieve on grey con mobs?

I also have a question regarding Damage Add buffs in general. Do they also count as normal buffs and cap at 1.25x Delve? aka 9.4dps Thane add capping at 11.2 or is it fixed at 1.0x?

Well...all I can say is that my air nuke cap on a grey con is 666 (evul number ), but there is no way in hell I could hit a level 50 for that amount even if hes naked.

I hit for 470 or something on grays but only 360 or something on players.

Cap on my darkness spell is 691 on grey mobs, same with a debuffed lvl 50 player
