I heard there were some on a coverdisk (PC Zone or PC Format??) a few months back, I have not heard anything else since then tho. There will be a Half-Life bot called "Jumbot" when the new HL patch comes out, I dunno if it supposts Mods like TFC, Jailbreak, or DM plus, but it does support Teamplay. I hear they are pretty good too. Hope this is some help to you.
