Text spammer on RA

Where can i find an admin when someone is constantly text spamming? I was trying to play RA with my clan m8s and he came in and started with the fuck you all etc etc. He also changed his tag to [MD] which we were not impressed with.

Is there a way to get an admin in?

yes i was there and he was very annoying

apparently we made a demo of what he was doing in the server if your interested.
