Its finally cleared n Overseer Tepok is once again ruler over the mines....

First i wanna thx everyone that got there n helped for the first trip when everyone died at Queen (she later respawnd) but we got her n 2 named...
But efter this more then half dropped n the 3rd time we where no more than 30 left but we went in again n again not showing the Geersha any mercy...
It took us 5 trips to Tepok to finally clear them all out so thx to the ppl who stayed till the end...

Now to something else...
Why is it u always get "whats in it for me" or "is there gonna be any loot" and after the first attempt i got this instead "im gonna go get some RP" or "think ill go play an alt"...
WTF IS WRONG WITH U PPL cant u do anything for fun or just the honor n glory of Albion !!
It makes me sad n this is the main reason i wanna leave this game but then again there still r some really nice ppl like the one above n as long as they stay in game im gonna be here but the rest...
GET A GRIP n sacrifice urself for the greater good i promise it will be fun u dont loose anything u cant get back in an hour or two at an xp/cash hunt...

It seems im one of few that REALLY cares about this ongoing event started by GOA n i will do everything i can next time so u will hear from me in the future when this event moves to the next stage n i need the help again :)


With that said i can tell u all that im planning a race through our fair realm, its still a week or two in the future but i can give u some info already...
Its gonna be a grouprace where u have to bring me some items n mobs (u have to kill it infront of me) so u gonna need at least one Minstrel/Sorc in ur group or if u want to u can just pull it to me :)
Both items n mobs gonna be of lvl 1-50 so some items will have to be bought from low lvl ppl if u dont have any in group or u can always get help from someone cuz there will be no rules for how u get ur items/mobs as long as u bring it to me
There also gonna be a entrace fee (thinking of making it 200g its not even 30g/ppl n i know how much cash u high lvl ppl put in dyes this isnt even as mush as one dye pot) and first one to bring me all items/mobs win all the cash :)

Well for a start not everyone died at the queen. A lot died before then, and all we could do was lie there and watch the death messages come rolling in. We didn't know you were fighting the queen, we didn't know you had killed the queen - and so after releasing nobody had the slightest idea if the whole thing was over or not. So I personally (and a lot of the others no doubt) decided that it wasn't really worth going back to see if it was finished, after all what's the point of losing more xp.

Somehow I guessed you were level 50 before I got to your sig :(

What's in it for me ? Well I get to take an admittedly minor role in an event.
Will there be any loot ? Yeah loads most likely - but no one will stop to pick it up.
Can't I do anything for the honour and glory of Albion ? Well of course I can, I was there wasn't I ?

I also saw others there who were of similar levels to me, they also turned up to an event that clearly wasn't aimed at their levels (again)

What is it about reaching level 50 that makes so many players look upon the slog of getting there with rose tinted glasses ? The suggestion that we can regain what we lose in an hour or two is laughable, it would take that long to get from DF to the Barrows to Lyon and check for groups / spend some time soloing while flagged as lfg.

I went because I wanted to. It was one of the few 'come and help' meetings that had not had a 40+ level restriction slapped on it. No doubt I will be losing more xp soon to another event mob, but that's my loss, and my choice.

Well I dont really know how it works...counts for my char to :p
But the ones that really killed a lot of these things their stances will have dropped a lot lower with A dark power (i think).

Thats how GOA keeps track of the people that are active in the event (i think), so those people will have a greater influence in the event and even maybe be a part of it :D

And well I think Chole said it the best that night ;)

"This is actually one of the first nights where i didn't have to go RvR to keep myself busy" :clap:

I'd like to thank everyone as well for coming and hope to see you all in the future fighting this enemy /cheer .


p.s thinking is not one of my strong points :rolleyes:

There wasnt any time to do that the respawn was insane and staying to long in the same spot could end up killing everyone without getting the named

Didnt want to close the doors for lower lvls as it is on many other event but i told all ppl that it was 40+ pref but anyone could come if u didnt get the info then spank whoever gave u the info ;)

Ohh.. im sorry i thought everyone could get group as easy as a Theurg ;)
This is also something do the wrong way... if there is no group or they dont want u then MAKE one it may take some time but in the end its all worth it just look at Wicoa he usually made his own group n i may add it was the best, most crazy n most funniest tree group i ever had.. o did i say hes a Scout one of the classes who complain about never getting a group (if im gl i always invite those classes unless some key class is missing i.e Cleric Theurg)

I can say i hade alot of fun in Tepok. I did what i was suppost to do.. Mezz and mezz again.. :)
