Template Challenge for Camlann

I can't do this I've tried and failed so I'm asking if anyone else can make a template with these needs for a Paladin..

What Stats needed?

• 80 Str/Con/Dex
• 200+ Hits
• +11 Shield/Slash (parry is not important enough to cap)

What Resists needed?

• 25% Slash/Crush/Thrust
• 22% Body/Cold/Heat
• 10% Energy/Matter/Spirit

What Artifacts needed?

• Traitors Dagger
• Gem of Lost Memories
• Harpy Feather Cloak
• Guard of Valor

Anything else Not too important
MP crafted plate helm, plate feet
maddening scalars, any epic armour
Mystic Runed Defender but alternate large shields will do too, maybe a crafted one or ML7 defender.
