Its not worth much anymore I'm kinda tryin to get rid of mine aswell..but Ive had lotsa luck with it proccin..and 162 hps can turn a fight was fun with 2 relics

Its nice when its procs but the proc seems very rare in rvr, tho a ranger i know swears by it.
