Telgars Redemption

i would need some help as i seem stuck to find the last NPC where i have to give the Brooch of lies to.
ALL the info i get have same loc, problem with that loc is it points to a quest mob from another quest but NOT to the last mob for Telgars redemption.

Any help would be appriciated.

I did this a little while ago, the npc "Bronyar" was at around loc 15k, 36k Typhon's Reach, he has a few guards with him, but they are neutral to you. If I remember he was amongst some boulders, on a strip of land with lava on three sides. Good luck.

Thank you for the wishes but the problem with that loc is that there is a quest mob, but the wrong one
Maybe im missing some clue lol

Are his guards there? You have to talk to them and give them the password to make him pop...
