I've had that on my crappy emailed jokes site since 2003 I think, minus the animated words.

I like to say, "Just a sec." then just go and do something else, carry on playing computer games or whatever. Sometimes though I like to keep listening, cover my mouth up so they can't hear me breathing, and seeing how long they hold on for saying, "Hello, are you there?"
