Heh, i did the same. I started posting on the HL board, offering my huge array of HL knowledge to help all the CS newbies, and then i started occasionally posting on the General board, whilst posting on the Hosting forum to boost my post count.

I was accepted as a regular straight away! Plus, there wern't any idiots acting like newbies at the time, so no-one here was newbie hostile. Now it's all differant. newbies like Suicide121 act like newbies, so they get treated like Newbies should be treated...
