Just taken drom #daoc:

---------------------------------------------
<ib_shoenberg> I have always thought that Piety gave something to a sorc... but the herald, the sorc isnt among those they mention when they describe it.... Have I tricked myself for a very long time?
<CZE|walo> does nada
<CZE|walo> for a sorc that is
<ib_shoenberg> damn
<CZE|walo> spells are just based of int
<ib_shoenberg> well... butter learn late than never
<CZE|walo> and castingspeed of dex
<CZE|walo> and hitpoints of con
<CZE|walo> and thats all you need
<Simmern> You put +10 piety when you created your sorc?
<ib_shoenberg> saw too, that quickness is their tertiary... why is that?
<CZE|walo> just a mess up from mythic
<ib_shoenberg> nope, but most of my equipment have piety
<Simmern> lol
<Simmern> ;X
<CZE|walo> qui was said to improve castingspeed or something but was never inplanted. so qui does nothing for casters except make them swing their staff faster in melee
<Spiritraiser> change it to int equipment :)
<ib_shoenberg> ok.. thought that too
<ib_shoenberg> wauw :)
---------------------------------------------

Don't you love the yanks, pie for sorc.... Give pie!! :eek6:

Elves and Lurikeen have already learned to combine their magical powers during their training as Prowlers. They are strong spellcasters who can also fight when the need arises. This Path is based on deception and cunning, and its followers prefer to avoid honorable combat where possible.

Yeah right.
