imo, dont SC in matter resists.. get more + skill, and also.. if your going to use the champ staff, dump cloudsong imo and get another cloak, like FW.. if you have FW, you can cut down more on SC resists and get more + skill, and get +11 in skill

1- You have the wrong stats for beaded necklace. Beaded has body and cold. (mid gets the OP version the other realms have to make do with spirit)

2- Id drop immolated for CTR and then add foppish sleeves to the temp. It will be cheaper and the needed resists will be higher once taking into account ctr's passive conversion. As above do not craft energy or matter resists unless you are hardcore soloer.
