Thanks Ono for the advice. I hope you, Ch3tan and Perplex will forgive me for my seemingly lack of forum manners. I agree the two post could be seen as similar in a few aspects. But the detailed announcement of a specific tryout and a general posting of recruiting aren't the same. Out of respect for the powers that be, I edited the 1st posting as best I could (Actually, I tried to delete the entire thread but could not).
