Team Arena : error when joining game

Just bought Team Arena, and did a fresh install of Q3A with TA ontop of it. When I go to join an online game, I can observe fine but after I join a team (either straight after, or very soon) I get dropped back to the menu with a large error dialog saying

"Error: DEFAULT_TEAM_MODEL /skin [james/blue] failed to register."

Any ideas? Getting pissed off that I can't play this thing...

Think I read somewhere you have to install the 1.27h patch which has a fix for this problem in (TA installs 1.27g)

A: Right now, the latest 1.27h BETA point release seems to clear up this problem for most people. If you are having this problem, we suggest that you give the patch a try. You must already have Team Arena or the 1.27g point release installed for 1.27h BETA to work (it is an .exe only).
