TDM on Public Servers

Does this actually happen, anywhere?

Getting tired of RA3 (never really liked it much anyway and it's turned me back into an FFA spam merchant) and having not played any TDM since the third week of season 4 BWDML against SLH* I figure I could use some simple practice, just to try to avoid killing myself/team mates with Rocket Jumps and Spam.

Any suggestions? Or is TDm totally dead on pub servers?

Theres a TDM server by *cough* EU/UK that gets a lot of use ...
