Task dungeons?

Does these work at higher lvls? I got a lvl 37 char and I thought that it would be the fastest way to lvl.. Went first to haggenfel(sp?!) but couldn't see a taskmaster!

Then I went to avalon marsh.. Still none..! Wtf?

I think the level 40+ one is implemented and not others, unless they have taken that away now aswell

Even if you exp in peace it won't give the bonuses that task dungeons give.
