Target Self ?!?!

Quick question.

When hunting Lesser banshees in Cullenmoor, they dropped 2 Sinister Alluvion Falcatas. Nice enough items I guess ( unless you got Crescent Reaver etc... ) but what the hell is the ability on them? Target: Self ?
I have no idea what it does, because it doesnt say.
Any ideas?

It is probably a bug.

I have the Alluvion Great Sword that is dropped of lesser banshees and that does not have the proc.

Other proc bugs include player crafted weapons with the same inscription you had on it (I got a Right Now answer for that one) and certain items that have a resist 6% but no description of what it is for (heat, cold, etc.)

I dont' know if this has anythin to do with it, but occasionally when i try to debuff people in rvr it comes up that i just tried to debuff myself. And on occasion i've become diseased after trying to cast it on other people.

Could be a coincidence with the disease one because a friend said she was diseased by someone also, and the saying i tried to debuff myself may be another unrelated bug as it is very rarely that anything actually happens to me (as in apart from the disease incident i've never noticed anything).
This pops up with stun sometimes aswell, but i never become stunned, although i don't think they do either.

Well that's my addition, it'll probably just confuse matters further as i normally manage to do.

I have had the same messages in RvR when I have debuffed telling me I have had my strength suppressed etc. I think it is a bug as well as I have not been debuffed. I look after that to see if there is either a message saying the effect has been resisted or (hopefully) a message saying XXX seems weaker.
