Tank setup with SC armor and alchemy

Been thinking of how to set up the different tinctures on my armor.. how's the different setups with the various procs for tanks? have read alittle on prissys alchemy site, but can't decide what to have :)

anyone have some good ideas on setting up procs for tanks? :)
