Tank bracers / cloaks ?

Im trying to make a new SC set for my hero and I would like to know what good bracers / cloaks you use. Heres what I dont want:-

bracers -
Nothing with +quick (so no warshadow bracer, or skeag drop).
No Ixithian bracer of Strength (using 1, 2 will be overkill on +slash).

cloaks -
Anything without a hood (No melencholy or DF tat.).

any ideas much appreciated.

no hood ffs, boni is sooooooo proud of his hair u know ;)

hehe not boni, hes got green hair, hooded cloak for sure :)

But athlon needs to show his grey hair to reflect what an old fart I am ;)

wonder why i wear a hood then.. prolly coz i dont want those horny mids to see my loverly auburn hair.. hehe.. i am lush ;)

think no hooded si the pookha lord mantle....almost easy to get drop and although it has +stealth it has more utility than melancholy cloak(not counting stealth)...oh and dont remember stats:p.....oh and in the vn boards at guardians part it has a sticky thread with all the tank accesories so u might want to check it out
