None of my tactics (30 DoK) were firing tonight - anyone else noticed this?

Tried a few sets and none of them fired which makes it a pain as one of them is a dot that I use to kill fleeing mobs.

u mean morale abilities?

If you mean moral abilities, I find they are much more reliable when keybinded. I use F1-4.

No i mean tactic abilities. Khaines imbuement, Khaines blessing etc
