Tac Ops, at the moment, has a LONG way to go if it wants to even compete with Counter Strike. There are so many things in the game that annoy and spoil it. The buying system is complete shite and gun physics are odd.

i really can't see a massive influx of counter-strike players migrating to Tactical Ops. 3.15 has an even more annoying buying system, huge hud and gun sounds that sound like a childs toy.

looks like the tactical ops team need to work on it some more

I spent ages downloading this game, but it does indeed look like a childs toy next to Counter-Strike.
And Q3 Urban Terror ? Are they serious ? With kids skateboard knee pads lol.
