[MARAUDER] Tactic bugged?

Got Subvert Strenght a while back which suppose to give me 40 AP everytime I crit but I am pretty certain it doesn't (crit while on 0 AP doesnt give me any aditional AP), seems like it does work on the US client atleast people there say it does but I was wondering if any EU Marauder had the same problem as me with this tactic.

I was messing around yesterday both in grinding and RvR and it worked in both cases. I haven't noticed any problems with it.

Try remove it from the slots, quit game, log in again and make it active again.

Seems to work for me. Remember that it can't trigger more than once every 3 seconds. And if you change tactics set while mounted, it seems to bork it up.
