I've posted this coz, i can't get round to thanking those that helped me.

The NS class is (IMHO is a crap! class), it has been poorly thought out and well under-developed. I totally dis-agree with mythic/goa rubbish about how the stealther class is now 'powered'....compared to their previous line that the class was 'under powered'.

There is not 1! NS who wud not give-up the b*llocks-of-an-excuse for a spell for more spec pts. I've played an SB and an Infil, they really do rock!

I think we all know how hard it is for an NS to solo, beyond L10 it is a joke....why does a blue-con get your heart-racing! I'm not saying that Bards can solo better, but let's face-it - bards can get a group with ease (well a good 1 can!).

So....

Why have a rant! ???

I'll have soon a 2nd acc on hib, so i can dedicate 1 slot for a char, to dump all the stuff in...so you could scrap that storage char...

But leave Szle alive, and w8 for better time / mood

Keeping Lugg, she's gonna be a 2nd 'Las', with craft skills all at 400 for weaps and armour.

And yes, I do like my Warden toooooo much, with recent patches the class is superb.

I still think something needs to change with the NS class. The DD shout spell (while a good tactical tool in RvR) is at the expense of Infil 2.5x spec and SB STR/CON/hps.

It makes the NS more defensive than offensive compared to the other stealthers. Change in 1.51 may make the shout more effective, but tbh I can't wait for that.

I see nothing else in 1.51 & 1.52 to change this....but....oooo look

- Changed Warden pulsing bladeturn into a chant so Wardens can switch between their existing chants and this one in combat.

and then...

- Fixed the Warden pulsing bladeturn line (starting with "Nature's Guard") to be castable in combat as originally intended.

- Added a base group heal to Hibernian Regrowth line. All Druids/Bards/Wardens should have it now.

And then for Champs....
- Added a self strength/constitution buff to the Champion Valor spec track to make them more competitive with tank classes that
have higher natural constitutions

A sad day ... dont delete the char though ... after that theres no going back. I dont think I could delete a 40+ char .... no matter how bad I thought it was, but maybe thats just me. Also, what with see hidden, we seem to be seeing a ranger strike for scouting (hopefully short lived). Shades are now more important than ever. Also, rvr is group based mainly as the mile gates have way to many people to safely perf and run, esp now that we can no longer stay stealthed (though not a big one for shades anyway yay I one shoted a sitting green). Having said that I havent played a sb or infil. Rvr is fun as a shade, esp keep attacking / defense, roaming around emain isnt always the most fun as you often end up scouting and making sure you stay in rps range is a challenge .

The dirty need has been done. 'Rolled-up' my new Enchanter (Szleynix with an extra 'x', so no confusing friends listing of a NS, who's really an Enchanter).

Game time so far is going quite well, 20hrs and L12 with all quests done, yipppeee!

The decision to kill Szle MkI was not easy, took nearly 3 wks to decide, and that was after 3 wks of difficult grouping. Also not easy when you've built-up all those hrs in crafting (Tailor 680).
