Sword styles

I am an axe user sience 1st day in game.
In ToA i am thinking 2 use Battler but thats a sword
Plz can anyone tell me what are the best styles in RVR?
Ragnarok - i know is the best, but what u use as a anytime style?

Polar Rift is not so good?

polar rift is same damage (my polar rift cap is bigger than draw out cap by 6 with 5.0 speed 2h), lower to-hit bonus (low vs draw out's high) and more end usage.

Yes will be 50 for sure if i will decide 2 respec for sword. The problem is the 17 parry i have atm (44axe) but that is another story.

well i rather lose 0.01 growth rate (or something) than miss more often thanks to sucky to-hit bonus even with end regen

ye i noticed the no to hit stuff when i logged on, still i hit most the time with polar and i think its doing better damage :]

i was using them against dia mobs a few weeks ago and ye it seems good too, basicly all sword styles are fine, just a little endurance hungry compared to axe and especialy hammer

Side styles make reasonable dmg too (Northern Lights + Aurora) and contain both - hinder and slow effects.
Assault + Baldurs make a snare too. Not so importand for a skald but i'd use em instead of DrawOut/PolarRift spamming.

btw why Battler and not SoK?

btw, battler > sok because it had a 50% ws increase proc, which made pretty much all hits capped .. it got nerfed in us but noone has answered if we got the pre-nerf verison or nerfed version in eu.

yep, get teh SoK m8, let zerkers/warrior use battler + malice. 1 SoK is must in grp cos of its lvl10 ability.

got the scrolls for it, the mob's a bloody nightmare though

use assault/baldurs fury for max damage potential with anytimer.
