Lets say there's two characters, one norse and one troll. How can I calculate how much qui is needed for them to get a swing speed below the 4sec pbt with a 4.2spd weapon for example?
Troll qui(35) compared to norse(50) and if both have 0-80 qui in template and 5-10 % melee speed bonuses. To make a template I like to try max most stats but wonder if its really worth to max qui(75-80) or just get it high enough to get below those 4 sec.
As I understand it more qui make faster swings but lower either base damage or dps.. Or? I have seen a formula somewhere and got one in chat(Thank you Zoia) to but its now lost as I failed to write it down..
How will it affect my damage output in pve/rvr? Im not into the really small values like 0.00001 more damage, but just a general answer(perhaps with examples) how to get below pbt and if its worth going with max, half or no qui at all..
