unless i hit my shin badly which is usually alot more painful and ends in me making a stupid noise, jumping on other foot for a second then "fuck, fuck! carry on".

and m8 i cant see y u jump on the other foot .. i know its painful but the reason peeps in thai boxing kick with there shin coz .. it will hurt but just bone so u can still walk on it .. and in thai if u kick with ur foot u have the potential to dmg the nerves on the top of ur foot and then u gotta limp => prob going to get KO'd
