Kinda, good idea though, decentralised torrent files, the MPAA have really shot themselves in the foot with their whack-a-mole game of lawsuits. They have gone from having something that they can track and monitor to something that they now have absolutely no way of monitoring.

Sure they can still hit big tracker servers but they are 10 a penny really and with constant use, the voting and comment system (If it works well) will always ensure good trackers.

Don't you think it's just a bit odd to put a thread about filesharing in a Film and Movie forum? You can't really expect the MPAA to do nothing now, can you?

I wasn't questioning the thread, more of where you put it. Relating BitTorrent and movies is exactly why the MPAA are acting as they are. Reminds me of what happened to Napster the first time.
