Batman's suit is a gimp rubber suit. It won't protect from a laser bolt.

You don't need to know kung fu when you're invisible, can run and jump faster / higher than any human, stronger than any human, have a shoulder-mounted laser cannon, cutting discs, razor nets, long spiky pole things and dreads

Batman is the mere cocksucking gimp-slave of a Predator. No fucking contest. Pred wins all day long.

Predators gun would destroy batmans outfit, correct, it's a plasma gun and the plasma is not limited to the extreme damage it does while hitting the target. The plasma is ative after, and as it heats almost any known metal to a melting point, batman would have one helluva rush to get his suit off lest he be burned.

As far as i know, batmans skin isn't plasmaproof and his armor has been pierced by simple bullets alone.

The predators disc, it can cut through a human body, and some statistics show about 4 inches of metal.

The wire-down net used by the predator can also slice a normal humanbody to shreads.

Ofcourse all this is very hypothetical, just some facts of few of the weapons.

Not to mention, if defeated, batman would have to batdance his way out of a mininuke.

with adamantium, predator would win. wolvie doesn't heal as fast with it. gets blasted apart by shoulder cannon. lives on, but predator wins.

without it, wolverine wins. he heals stupidly fast. it takes him a few seconds longer to kill the predator because his bone claws don't cut as quickly as his adamantium ones.

It is hypothesized(?) that wolverine can walk around even in skeletal form, which, would give logical thinking a big kick in the gonads, but if he can basically walk around as a T-1000 exo with claws, i think predator would have one hell'of'a'fight in his hands.

The Batcamera (with Polarised bat-filter) and Micro TV Bat-scanner would see it, the Batcopter (with Bat-hold mode) would outmanuver it, the Anti-Predator Repellent Spray would scare it off, the Anti-Predator Plasma Rifle Pills would make Batman immune from attack, and the Bat-cuffs would restrain Predator after Batman finished Ka-Pow!ing it.
