Guy goes on a McDonalds binge for 1 month.

A strict diet..
"If McDonalds don't sell it, I can't eat it."

I couldn't eat for the rest of that day.

I don't eat McDonalds (thank god).

You shouldn't eat McDonalds. Ever.

Is this the one where he was testing the effects of a McDonalds diet. After the one month he had put on a stone or something and was suffering regular chest pains

Looking at his diet, he put extra salt on every portion of fries, which can't have helped anyway.

On a tangent you know these new adverts advertising the mcnuggets , NOW made with real chicken? what were they made with before hand!!*
