I had some problems a while agao of the same kind and it turned out to be that somehow it tried to log me on with the us version of DOAC but into Goa as it should.
So i had to remove some files and redownload some stuff but you may have a look into rightnow there you should find out how to test if that is your problem.
Have you tried check all files option during logon ?
Otherwise try to reinstall in another dir on your disk, takes a while to download all again and remember to copy your setup files as the contain your qb settings for all your chars
