I enjoyed the fight scenes/weapons...oh and the outfits haha!

Reviews seem fairly mediocre.

No-brainer eye candy.

When I saw the trailer a while back I thought oooh yeh giant samurai robots and gatling guns but disappointed by what I've read so far.

I'll likely see it at some point but its dropped off my 'rush to see' list

Thats interesting. I've not seen anyone commenting on it yet. I like the concept and had been mulling this one.

It's good, very neatly plotted film.

Liked it a lot, soundtrack was awsome, as was Abbie Cornish. Quite dark in places, but overall not bad

saw SP last night, bloody impressive, I love Zach Schneider's (sp?) work, every scene is like a page from a top notch graphic novel, the sound track was excellent and the story was engaging and really unique; and doesn't bow to the happy/fluffy ending that audiences (usually american tbh) demand. I can't say it's one I'd watch over and over like 300 though, but still really enjoyed it.
