Subscription Password problem

Hello guys, Do any of you know a way to change the subscription password ?

I will explain the situation briefly :

My hotmail account has recently been hacked, this email had a n automatic reply from GOA because i had asked to change my ingame password, but as you know GOA send you back the ingame login/password AND subscription login/password...

Now the guy that hacked my account has access to these logins.

I asked GOA if they were able to change my subscription password and all i got as reply is :

Hello,

We're really sorry but we aren’t allowed to modify the SUBSCRIPTION password, whichever the reason.

So that means that the guy has
1) access to all my characters whenever he wants
2) access to my personal details

Anyone knows what i can do about this case?

don´t leave passwords on your hotmail?? hotmail gets hacked periodicly it´s not like it´s the safest place in the world

Of course not but i asked recently to change my ingame password and goa directly send me back ingame and subscription login/password, now i just been hacked , what the hell can i do about this??

Nothing mate, they totally refuse to change it.

Even though they have done in the past.

Could try Kemor, dont think you will have much luck though, unless you are French.
