Subscription page gonna be back anytime soon?

Well, I'm getting 'Account Closed' since sunday mornin but the subscription pages are 'under maintenance, they will be available soon as possible' all this time aswell.

Any chance of letting us know when you/GOA plan to sort this thing out? Kemor? Anyone?

The admins are working on the subscription system/pages since last saturday. Can't give much more infos for now, but we had to down them.
Check the "friday-news-but-on-monday" news later today.

It was bit difficult to find it amongst all other 'informative' and 'relevant' answers that some individuals with too much free time on their hands provided to this thread :(

Hopefully it will get sorted soon. I got the same problem, even though my last successful transaction was done 23-10-02. I find it hard to believe, that my account should in fact be closed, and need renewal again already.

get it sorted and get that news information out... and stop treating paying customers like idiots.

it would take about 3 mins for someone to post the reasons why the admin site has been down on the main DAOC web site.... why has it been left untill monday morning to tell people....

(ever thought of maybe telling people in advance of performing maintenance that lasts longer than 2 days??????)

Goa's incompetence and disregard for its customers still continues to amaze me... it really is run by a bunch of amateurs....

I'm trying to pay but Transaction Refused, i try with 3 diferents CC, and nothing.

The better, is that now, i must wait 3 hours between any try.

Reconnect yourself in the ‘My account’ directory in about 3 hours to check the state of your login and GAME password. If the state is not ‘Ok’, please access one more time to the secure payment form.
