You probably get asked this alot since the GOA site is less than helpful:

I cancelled my account a few months back and now want to play again, however, I've forgotten both my subscription login and password so I cannot re-activate it.

What can I do?

had to do this myself today, ive lost my subscription password, i dont expect a reply for a week. also i think it needs to be from your registered email address

You'd think for such a big game they'd have something a bit more impressive in place for this sort of thing. Not even a mention of it in the RightNow help thingie.

yup, some "enter email/username" type thing could be set up to send out password reminds/random passwords to the subscribed email address, but look whos in charge...
