Subs question

Hi, my 1 month subscription is due to end in the next week and I want to swap from my VISA card to my Switch card. I cant find anywhere in the "acocunt" section on the main site to change this. Does anyone know how I may be able to do it? or will I have to go through rightnow to change my card?
