They dont change sub password even if your account has had the crap kicked out of it set on fire and then tar and feathered they dont do it full stop.

Yep when my account got hacked I asked them to change the sub password, all my chars were deleted, 2 lvl50s got restored but with no items or money and lost a lvl48 shade, lvl40ish eld.... Lost alot in other words and GOA wouldnt change my sub password to stop me getting hacked again.
They should change the sub password if u want it changed. Cant believe we pay for this wanky service that GOA provide. Fucked up backups, late patches, shit servers, wont allow u to change your password etc. Am pleased to say that none of my money any longer goes to GOA, they dont deserve it

Oh yes it bloody is, I didnt realise it fully till I started up planetside. Already they have realised what needs fixing and what doesnt (ie how crap the heavy assault lasher was, they then over tweaked it and are now tweaking it back a bit slightly to make it brewed just right
). They have already introduced two new vehicle types (without buying an add on pack). Also in a few weeks they are gonna change the way the whole game fundamentally works at the moment to draw more battles into the landscape. This is the tip of the iceberg of what they have done and the game hasnt been out of beta for 6 months.It has taken mythic 2/3 years to actually realise how screwed up archers are and fix them, the rvr (endgame) has hardly been touched. GOA have been good and bad they are kinda stuck with what mythic does. This is also the tip of the iceberg of whats going on with them.
I cancelled my subs a couple of months ago and I do miss the rpg environment a bit but especially the "good" community that once existed but hardly exists anymore, these days its more about buffbots and how to level fast if your face fits, no room for adventure or actually being excited about what big beasty your about to slay.
Im kinda waiting for wow but will look at the reviews carefully before I dip both my feet into it
for now I'll be on PS, you can trial it for 7days but if your a true rpg kinda person I don't really recommend it.
