Subs pages screwed?

I was trying to renew my bb, i clicked on the thing that confirms what im paying then usally it transfers you to the white screened bit were you pick your payment type, instead it did nothing..... after a while i decided to rety and now i cant get that far because it says and invoice is in process....

cmon goa sort it out!

yes happoned to my bb account yesterday whent to renew instade of picking payment type I got page cant be displayed ^^. Think you only have to wait 24hrs.
