Is it up or down atm??

I seem to go all the way through up untill the page were you input your credit card details, the page just freezes while loading, I've kept trying put apprently theres an invoice already in progress and it won't let me do nothing.
I've had this trouble before and recived an email from GoA with a link to attempt it again... i've still not recived the one from the previous try I did.

I've tried again this morning and nothing is happening, soon as i hit "Continue to payment site" the page open's but never loads. I've waited 40mins for it to open and still nothing.
