As people know ALbs have been getting Df recently- I was in a FG hunting dais with other albs such as stickplaster, tarzock, ariandra and gilth.

We wear clearing out princess room with the aggro waiting to take down the princess on fraiday morning, Then For No Reason at all Hellstorm ran in with his Bb lovemaker and pulles the princess claiming he was there since 1AM IN THE MORNING!! - This was BS since we were at the room pulling the tall duke and his minions - anyways he stole our mob that we were fighting winning himself 60 diamond seals all to himself (equvenent to 600 gold just like dat) for the work we did, not mentioning the fact he robbed 600 gold just for himself, he also said "Dont Pm me again, or else i'll tell my high RR guildies to kick u" = Which Is EVEN MORE BS and Wtf jesus. - Subsequently we Pm'd his guildies But NONE of them were intrested or replied like Dolphtoo and no action was taken at all.

All in all Hellstorm/lovemaker stole 600 gold/60 dais - which isnt a lot if split amongst a fg but why should we do the dirty work TO MAKE 1 SELFISH PALADIN 600 GOLD RICHER??? - Its DayLight Robbery and His hiding with HIs guildies!!

Dont drag Dolphtoo into this, he is the nicest person on Alb Excal ever. Guildees not replying could just easily mean someone is AFK and you really has no reason to attack them for something like that when you don't know the circumstances. Sounds like a frustrating situation but dont mess with Dolphie or others just because of someone's actions. If you really want to contact someone about the actions of a guildmember then try using Duskwave or the Guild listings here to see a list of people/officers you should contact.

Don't tar an entire guild with the same brush just because of the actions of one member.

Not getting a reply to PM's could mean that the person is afk or has /send turned off in their current chat window. Contact a GM and deal with it from there, no reason to bring it to these boards IMO.

No, a mans actions sometimes do reflect the guild, and it's so bullshit that it doesn't matter what guild that is. I bet Covenant of Zak mostly have nice people in it, (no personal experience), and maybe this thred is a bit misspointed towards the guild than the person himself. But as written, this guy felt left out on his own, and had noone to speak to.

If you have a guildtag under your name, you DO play by certain unwritten (or sometimes written) rules. Beeing member of a guild, no matter how small it is, is both honor and duty.

Ok lets get something crystal clear here, everything Shin just said is a lie. I never said I respresents the hole guild, and I never said "Dont Pm me again, or else i'll tell my high RR guildies to kick u" those where actually Shin words. And I never stole anything.

This is what happend; I had been farming princess room for over 4 houers when I ld during a fight. When I logged on my bot had died and auto released, I drove it back to df but had to run up and eskort it down. When I made it back to the base of the princess room Shins team came just behind me yelling CAMPED! CAMPED! I told him ive been here all night but they just called me a liar. I laufghd and pulled a nightmare, which his team leached. Then they where just standing on the platform saying how much CoZ sucked etc. I ran down and pulled princess, they just stood there and watched doing nothing. They offcoursed thought i couldnt solo it and would die, but they fail to take into account i havent used my IP and FH + i had my bot right behind me to do heals. When I had the princess down to 50% hp someone from the his team said: "attack with everything you got!" They where a fg and princess dropped pretty quik, but i got loot rights for everything and that was a bag of coins and 80 seals not 60.

Im a s/s pala It took me several minutes to get the mob down to 50% hp, when the other fg attacked it dropped pretty much instantly. So how can you explain I would have goten 60 seals if you guys didnt just stand there and wait for me to die? The truth is, its imposible i hit for a measly 30 points per hit.

The least someone can do if they're gonna publicly flame an entire guild is provided proof in the form of chatlog/screenies. If the original poster has these then maybe he should show us.

A fair enough comment, but if, like Hellstorm says, the other group actually arrived at the spot the same time as Hellstorm was getting back to it, then he has as much right to be there as they do.

Not saying whose side of the story I believe, because without proof, no one will ever know, but to drag a whole guild into an argument between a few players, is quite frankly, the behaviour of a kid. Oh, and just at face value, the fact that Hellstorm appears to be able to put his side of the argument across in a civil and easy way to understand, means I'm much more likely to believe him tbh.

The time you posted this thread suggests it was early morning so Dolph could have easily been afk, he also is not a officer of CoZ so could have only referred you to a officer or Hobbes (GM). Posting this thread in a attempt to damage Zak's reputation is pathetic, it was 1 member out of 100's you should have done your best to get a officer of Zak when one was online instead of posting a rather insulting thread with the guilds name in it. 1 member does not represent how a guild acts most people will confirm that Zak is a nice guild with many helpful players.

Now i cannot speak for Hellstorm's actions as i wasn't there, but from what he's posted it looks like you directly leeched a mob he was already in conflict with, this is a direct violation of the CoC. Also there is no written rule to say 2 groups cannot camp 1 spot although i agree that one group should camp a spot there is absolutely no rule for 2 groups to camp the same spot unless the groups leech direct XP from one another.

Anyone with half a brain can see this is a load of rubbish there is no way on this planet a paladin could attack a mob a full group was fighting and do more damage than that whole FG, which he must have done to get loot rights.

I'm not sure why people bring situations such as this to these forums. It is clear that yourself shin and hellstorm, from what have been posted, both feel that the other has acted in a less than positive manner. It is also very clear, as has been stated in this thread, that without any screenshots or chatlogs, this becomes nothing more than a slanging match between two people. Without any supporting evidence, from either side then the general consensus will usually swing towards the person who conducts themselves in the most reasonable and mature manner during the "discussion". So if you brought this matter here purely to convince people that CoZ are all arrogant pigs, then doing it in the manner you have is never going to result in anything other than people assuming the very same about you.

Flaming an entire guild for the actions of one person in any situation is unfair and although you may have your grievences over a perceived slight by one person, you cannot from there extrapolate to over a hundred members. I would tend to disagree with anyone who labels any guild in such a way no matter who they are and who they are accusing. By now you are most probably assuming that because I am a member of CoZ myself that I would automatically take this stand, but let me reassure you that this is not the case. Looking at the situation purely on the presented evidence I would wager that any sensible person would come to the same conclusion. If you have ss's and logs of the incident that you feel prove otherwise, then please send them to me. If they show anything, however small, that is anything other than a misunderstanding over a camp spot I will do whatever I can to ensure that appropriate action is taken.

I like to think that CoZ is in fact the exact opposite of what you claim, and I do not believe that I would still be a member if this was not the case. It is a certainty that people will disagree and conflict on all manner of things, but please do not label us all in such a way unless you have talked to us all and still think this to be the case.
