stuck for ideas!

hi guys

i have an interview this afternoon to become a freshers helper next year at my university. the job involves getting freshers wasted and making sure they have a good time. i need some more ideas for stuff to do for them during the days and nights, like something to break the ice between people who don't know each other. last year they had a screw or a bolt in your room when you arrived, all of different sizes and you needed to find as many people as possible that would fit your screw/bolt. it was quite a good idea but people only talked to each other for a few seconds. and stuff to entertain them during the day. things like having water slides on the grass or bouncy castles or something like that. any help greatly appreciated!

for freshers week, is it best NOT having a job for that time? i come off holiday on sept 18th, freshers week starts 27th here. at work, i have no more holiday entitlement to be off and i wanna have some fun.

for during the day you could have a big BBQ with the bouncy castle, or one of those velcro walls where you throw ya self onto it.

dont know what your budget is, but another idea i had is get a bunch of padlocks w/ keys, a bunch of boxes and some bottles of alcohol. like the little bottles of vodka or what ever. similar to the nuts and bolts, you gotta find the person with your key. when the box is open then you drink together. the person with the key has 2 glasses aswell.

people would talk longer than 2 seconds and it would take fookin ages to find the combos.

Put people in a room with good hippetyhoppety music or something and a lot of drinks...ALCOHOL...and the rest is handled by nature. Male and female bondage isn't that hard to do.

I found that carrying a bloody shovel with bits of human hair stuck to it worked wonders when breaking things tbh
