8am till 4.30pm in a call centre, with really bad coffee. If you feel sympathy, let me hear you. If your even worse off, post it.

I can't really ask for too much sympathy - my cable modem gets installed this afternoon, I seem to have enough time to post on this board, and after today I'm on holiday untill the 25th of July.
