go to alchmist in TNN, next to the stairs where bainshee trainer is. Buy the hook/seed/11 of the other things. Port dom, turn left, go down to the beach and run along the beach towards the sea until you get a message. Say the magic words something like "Shazam Tadam !" (google it). Do that 11 times, you'll get 11 rough glass back. Go to TNN do /where Glass Blower , find him give him the rough glass, and get 11 empty bottles.
Then use the porter to near connla, and you'll see a tree with loads of the same grey con mobs around it. Something earth... go drop the seed on it, and it will pop a small tree, kill it with the hook. You'll some wood item. Take the wood to Cooper in TNN. He'll make the barrel for you.
Now get 121? pots of whatever you want to use (must be the same etc). Have 11 pots in your inv, then go to the alchmist again, and hand him the empty bottle, he will then fill the empty bottle with 10 charges of the type of pot you gave him (1 pot he "spills" each time). Repeat until all 11 bottles are filled. Then hand him the empty barrel and he'll put the bottles into the barrel.
