strangers in East Svealand???????

Member of my guild (Koand) met two strangers in East Svealand (thats what both there names where), when he talked to them they told him they were strangers and that they liked to hunt, then they ran off. When he followed they went off the edge of the zone and disappeared, only for them to respawn too far off the map to talk too, he called in the heavies to take a potshot at them (they conned blue and grey to a level 50) and when they died they dropped Albion Plate Armour ??????? Anyone else seen anything like this around Midgard in the last couple of days? There are a few screenies of the stranger in the gallery section of our website (link in my sig)...........

I have heard of them also seen them once near where morra is the named wolf.

Yer seen about 5 of em just outside Ft Alta, All in one group they conned yellow and green and a blue to lvl 42 and were hostile, when i talked to them they also said we like to hunt, being a hunter and they were hostile i thought, time to rape em. Me and my mate attacked, and got owned but killed 2 of them, but no drops.

We never seen em again....... any ideas

Just came accross them outside Atla. Two blues and one yellow at 41. Unfortunately they legged it before we had a chance to hit them

Anyone trying to do anything else than trying to gank them . Is there a pattern. We have been running around Midgard to see if we can find a pattern in the appearances. Any idea anyone ?

i took on 2 at a time by myself but again they didnt drop anything - 1 coned gray and other conned green

I would like to point out that killing a NPC to "check" if they drop is not the only way to interact with NPCs. Over at Prywden they ruined their event by killing an important NPC.

Try talking to it, if it doesn't attack then leave it instead of killing it. There might be other ppl who might get something out of the NPC, because he/she has the right class/lvl or some other criteria. This should be obivous for most ppl I though, but when reading this thread I get the feeling I was wrong.

Please please please - do NOT kill the event NPC's. You guys are ruining the events for people who actually want to take part in them.

Do NOT kill "a stranger"-mobs .. they are played by GoA-team, and are handing out information about events.

Try talk to them - but they will run if u are conning other than grey/green to them.

I've also seen those strangers twice. They passed before my rm just outside Atla when riding to Gna so I jumped the horse and stod watching them before trying to speak to them. They didn't say anything to my lvl 17 runmaster at least just ran away and then i took /stick on one of them (they were 3 at that time). I ended up with 2 of them out at the sea at the northeastern corner of Gotar. I waited there for something to happen for 35 min (real time) and tryed to talk with them again without response. So then I took help from a friend and killed them (didn't get any drops either)
