i was gonna work the energy out. managed to convert 30 mph to 13.4 m/s then i couldnt be arsed to get a calculator.

What I don't understand, is that they're saying that if you actually hit them at 30 they may have a 80% chance to live.

Would perhaps be best not to hit them at all? :x

youd think that wouldnt ya. but actually the government would rather we go hit MORE PEOPLE aslong we do it at a slower speed.
