Strange problems!

I have a pentium 4 2.4g ht support
512 ddr ram kingston (duall ddr on)
and a geforce fx 5200 128 ram

video card and motherboard are MSI

The problem with daoc is that although i don't have lag monsters are not moving and when i hit them they don't come over me to kill me.
When i finnally kill them the corpse of the monster is in the starting place but the loot beside me.......

I'm sure is not lag problem
antiallising and antistropic filtering are off

same things happens to me when i leave my firewall turned on.
just turn it off

and if you dont have a firewall try turning off your virus scanner, some have them built into them

Does win 2k pro have any implented firewall and how i turn it off.>?
