all of u solo? not toa'ed? no healer in ur group? don't walk and say hello to hibs at oceanus bridge.. u will simple die...

put Speedwrap down not too close to beno.. but far away where hibs can't rush and mezz!! on each side of bridge to stop fgh ambush u.

and try to assist...

use npc cleric on beno wall to help a bit with healing.

fop+sorc= spam aoe anesiama (blank mind)

put PN down to stop stealthers kill u

if u see bainshee bug abusing(dunno other words for that :p).. perhap don't go there at all(imo)

traps are my favourite.. use them wise!!! put them where casters are mostly to attack.

forget the blademaster.. grappled them whatever.. they always press CHARGE...

if u see blademaster out of druid's heal range.. kill them

nuke tanks if u can't nuke other enemy casters

use /CB use2

get purge2

support each other....eg hib caster nuking cleric.. try at least interuppt hib caster to stop hib caster kill cleric.

all welcome to post more tips :)

oh don't forget to buff npc guards ;P

walk AROUND the bridge!!!

If the group has to come out of the tower they arn't anywhere near as hard to kill.. And they will come out the second people keep running up there solo for easy RP's.

Put storms in strategic places (beno back door, waters edge, under bridge archway) Hibs are much less dangerous when they can't cast :)

(And learn to use GT to move storms around!)

Mayby i do, but i still play the way i want to :) and thats most important about a game is to have fun, not taking orders from a guy who has been playing the game for years and knows alot about it no doubt ....

From your comments so far in this thread, i'm seriously doubting that!

play as you like then, i think Booze and the other posters are just asuming people dont want to get farmed and die all the time so they are giving some tips, not to try to control you but to help you get those hibsies down on the ground they so love

why not just make a group and go roam some instead of staying at a silly bridge like a goon and only go out when you have 4FG to run with and chase FG's and solos? :/

Alb is in a really really sad state atm, too many hornerwannabe's and too little organization overall. Dont you guys have guilds that create groups etc? :/

Cleric, cleric, sorc, friar/pala, merc/reaver, caba/sorc, theurg and another caster or merc or some other DPS, go out and practise, game for visibles is made for grouping tbh, not standing around rotting at a bridge while hoping for something to zerg to oblivion. I dont understand how you "solo"campers can find the game fun since you take absolutely zero initiative. Its just sad to see :(

You're assuming alb is organised and has alot of guild groups running? Well, aren't. Those guilds that actually run guild groups (including mine) has to invite people outside guild 1/2 of the time. Tbh there's only very few to almost none guilds running as a FG today.

About the running with zerg, I do it solo/duo/trio with a few guildmates rather than forming a PUG. The times I've created a PUG, I've been very "disappointed" 80% of the time with my groups performance.

No initative you say? You're right. Most of us have given up.... cba stand in Snowdonia and looking for people for 1 1/2 hour+ to create a decent group, that doesn't get run over by the organised hib/mid groups.

Well said, that's exactly the problem, it's so rare find find a decent pug as albs don't have the multi use classes as mids/hibs.

but i agree with you xajin on all points.

Not beeing funny but that made me laugh. Instead of saying we lack of decent groups running out which is based to your realms bad organization or hibs/mids multi use classes shit u said try to think what nice classes u have and run out for a change. Im sure there are dozens of albion fair people which can see that u have a few of the best classes there is in the game just dont use em at their full thus u getting farmed.

From a Hib POV but also from mid pov view ( as i was playing there aswell ) i can assure you that we DO miss millions of things your realm has. IF a realm (alb) with 3 times higher pop than hib saying we lack decent groups out then what we should tell..
Embrace the fact that u are 'blessed' with that many peeps in your realm and try to grasp that opportunity and find a use for it.

Thats what i'd do - if they ever delete paladin class :p

Well alot of valid points there. But as you say we have alot of classes, BUt some of them are hard to get use of in todays RvR climate.

Paladin-Awesome class but very few uses in RVR , mostly doomed to be either a bg/end bot, can make a difference in a tank group tho.

also one more thing mckennit, What classes we got is great ones i agree, but in order to make a good group we have to make sure we have theese base classes in a group.
sorc, 2 cleric and bl merc/tic/reaver. Now this may seem like a easy task, But even tho albion has the highest realm population, we have less RvR active members. Also alot of people in albion play heavy/light tanks as opposed to hibs mainly caster setup.

Ofc we are blessed with that many peeps, but a big part of albion i've noticed(could be wrong) runs solo /duo/trio or mostly with their guild. And trying to get a group or start one can be very hard in fact. Say what best classes we have then in the game?

Paladin? the far best pve class but lacks in RvR.
Sorc, i can agree on this awesome class for cc and damage
theurg, i can agree on this to

But albion lacks some good siege classes that hibs have. Animists are just plainly awesome for siege and camping with their FnF turrets. I myself play a heavy tank and rarely get to use my full potential.

Even without bl you can make a nasty group:
2xsorc, 2xcaba, theru, fria, 2xcleric
You can also replace theru with her if you like or switch fri for palla.

"Say what best classes":
sorc, theru, caba is infact the ingames best casters.(can maby say that bd's sm's could be better in someways) but the range advantage deffo goes to sorc theru.

This is camelot, not wow. Sure there are some vital classes for the group to be able to run and have some X potential. Same in every realm. If we cant find 1 bard 2 druids and few bl tanks then theres no group regardless of the realm rank or whatever. Simple as that. Im sure it goes the same way for mid too as thats the base of each group. All i said is try to work around. Help people climb the ladder of knowledge, assist and encourage your fellow players to try something new : heretics, friars etc etc. Thats the only way to move forward as a realm and not result in such QQ threads/whine threads. Regarding the animists: well i never said they not good in siege warfare and from my POV they even good in fg vs fg rvr but we got very very very few players that have em as main characters for rvr. Thus the lack of that class in the frontiers. At least your main CC class exists in Albion and its been played by every player. Roll a /level 20 hib char and log in around 20:00 ( peak time ) and do a simple command. /who bard

I hope the results dont make you cry.

i'm not trying to qq here or something, i'm trying to tell my pow :).

But all your points are good, ofc i could get people to roll new classes, but no idea if they would have the energy to level them :), i'm allways happy to learn new things to. i don't know how interested people are in rolling new alts and such.

but i'll take up your suggestion and try to get a good group going. Maybe i can make a small list of members that are fun to group with :). Would be fun to make a regular tank group but not sure how many would b interested.

I strongly doubt albion can still be counted as overpopulated compared to the other realms. Albion population is steadily going down (just have a look at cluster trading forum). Just because there may be alot of characters on Albion doesn't mean they all are in use, many alb players have quit the game and even more are moving to hib or mid, this is also very noticable in rvr where only a fool would say there are alot more albs out than hibs and mids

I have better sources for your population. Logged my lv20 alt 3 days ago.

/who all apeared 240. While 160 were in NF zone. Thats almost triple the numbers we got out in daily basis. Im not saying that my example validates the exact number but just to give you an idea how things are :)
