They don't seem to answer any e-mails at the supportmail at the moment it seems. Been waiting for my passwords for almost three weeks now, and I've sent them two e-mails about it and still no response.

goa erfused to give me my pwd for the 2nd acc then i wrote them "oh good, then i have to pay 1 sub less" and insta got all my details/pwds

Monday morning arrives again ......still no letter from GOA..
Sent 3 mails now , would be nice if they sent a mail to say they actually recieved it, as it stands ,it seems they dont give a toss,
I dont know if they got my mails, or even if they are dealing with it.
Cant be that hard to set up a auto reply?
Any suggestions?
