still no passwords,3 accounts down, no response since 18th of last month

is there anyone else out there still waiting for passwords?

i have been trying to get a response from subscription@goa.com since the 18th of last month.

started ok they sent me 2 noreply emails on the 8th and 9th of september, saying the status of my question has been changed to resolved.

between then and the 17th ive sent over 20 emails with all my details, with no response.

buy yesterday i was so pissed off that i sent them an email saying the following, (about 100 times)

buy the way they`ve blocked my emails now.

PLEASE CAN I HAVE MY PASSWORDS


im pissed off with being ignored, so im gonna spam your email address untill u responed, u closed my accounts and havent responded to over 20 emails, no passwords, nothing, only standed responses saying the status of my question has been changed to resolved.

i dont see any way to get a response nomatter what i do so im off to down load an email spammer. may be if i send 5000 emails a day u might respond to one of them.

u have no right to call your self a company.
pissup in a brewery ring any bells.


i also want an email address for the managing director of GOA. Ive never been treated so badly buy any company ive ever had to deal with, u people havent got a clue.


how can my problem possible be resolved if U HAVE NOT SENT ME ANY PASSWORDS, if your trying to wind me up, well done, your doing a fine job..

over 20 TIMES i have sent new info, ive been trying to get in touch with u people for weeks , and all i ever get is standard replies, saying my problem has been resolved, maybe it will help if i paste my old and received emails as well as all my details to u, but somehow i doubt it.

i made a new email account and sent them 1 message this morning and now they have blocked that one as well.


anyone got any ideas?

I would imagine that there must be some sort of trading standards authority that would help....not sure if it would come under French jurisdiction or your own country's tbh. Post this on general maybe someone will be clued up enough to point you in the right direction. sorry to hear about your problems, hope you get 'em sorted asap :)

Nelg350 I am in the same boat as yourself, I only have 1 account and have sent 6 mails to them with no reply, except the "resolved replies". I have been very patient but its running out, like how hard is it to respond in some sort of way.

What pissed me of most is missed out on the event would liked to have seen that, tho pitty they dont spend more time with customer care that writing code for events (guess different department looks after that :) )

Well can only hope it sorted real soon

I had same problem as you, just only for 1 account(got email 3 weeks after it was sent), you can try this:

Go to Goa site(DAOC), Click on account, click on forgot sub password(or the thing under where you enter subsname/password), Enter your gameloginname, and you should recieve all the information about that account on the email you used for that account.

That was what i did, and i got the mail about 1-2 secs after i clicked enter.

dude there is a reason the email is noreply@goa.com

and it isn´t because they dont want you to mail them.. if you send a mail to that adress they WILL NOT receive it, their mailserver will simply delete it.

so if you discount those 2 emails how many did you in reality send before you had your hissyfit and threatened to spam their mailbox? which btw would explain them blocking you out as soon as you write them as any mail they receive from you may be the beginning of a spam-storm.... you brought this down upon yourself.

yes it´s annopying not having access to the game, but instead of throwing a tauntraum like a 5 year old you should have used rightnow AGAIN asking for your passwords if the trick gizmoduck said doesn´t work try this

addlcove ill try sending each accounts info seperatly but after send 12 mails intotal to subscription@goa.com since the 18th of last month im not hopeful.

m8 im not shouting and screaming i just want a response from GOA, i emailed mythic to complain about GOA and they responded in 20 mins, i called them in U.S , "how can i help u"

all i want is a better service, no any servise will do

Same boat as you

I have the same problem, my 2nd account I need to change my password, have mailed to goa about 10 times, to change it and send me my passwords, but I get no reply from them :(

What can one do ???? any got a good idea ?
