Still imobilized

Mythic still hasnt send me my new data. I even asked them to send it to my home address. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do, or is anyone maybe in the same boat as me?

Might be easier if you ask Goa instead of Mythic?

You can't use RightNow unless you have your passwords..

If you've sent an e-mail over say, a week ago, remail subscription@goa.com and be sure to mention:

• Your subscription and/or game login
• Your real name
• Your old e-mail address
• Your new e-mail address
• Your old postal address
• Your new postal address
• CD-Key you used to activate the account

Basically anything that more or less proves you own the account.
Be sure to clearly state the problem and keep the mail readable.

If your e-mail address never changed, just go here
