Stealthing while mesmerised?

Am I paranoid or are infiltrators and scouts able to stealth while mesmerised?

It seems to have happened to me twice in two days, soloing stealthers is more difficult than I thought; it's a tactic I haven't prepared for and it throws me more off-balance than a one armed tightrope artist.

hmm, maybe a Purge was used? or if he was next tp you, maybe he used Purge and infil Special Ability (restealth anytime)

Nope - no special ability required. Infils are able to stealth while mezzed, and any remezz attempts simply allow us to move faster.



I thought this was common knowledge? I'm sure it was in some release notes recently.....

So, is that an intended feature of the game, or an inconsistency that'll be fixed in a later patch?

I'm thinking that technically, if they're mesmerised they're still in combat. Seems a little too efficient.

"- You can no longer enter stealth mode while mezzed. "

Only infils are able to do it, so SBs can go weep... we are also the only class in the game AFAIK who are able to use the 'stutter' ability which causes any enemy a brief lag spike while we attack.. and you were wondering why Infils get so many RPs?

Best of all though is the 'Bribe the Lord to Go and Get a Cup of Tea' Realm Ability (infil-specific too, I'm afraid) though I gather Mythic have had alot of pressure in the US about it and we might get nerfed
