Funny thing about stealthers...
If i get someone messed in well stealth populated area say for example bled bridge, i start nuking and about 1-3 stealthers pop and arrows flies at my mezzed enemy. I have no problem with that whatsoever, but when a stealther get a target it is like he has all the rights to that target, if one happens to add on it send a nuke or anything, I get /rude /slap or some yelling like: stay the fuck away! .... in general very bad attitude. Im so sick of it, why is it that one has to think twice about engaging an enemy? its RvR and everyone should have the right to shot, hit, nuke on anything that moves. So with this thread i would like to say Feck all that stealth bullcrap he was mine, it was a duel bla bla. When im in rvr i dont want to stop and look is that a duel is that a 1 on 1 or a 5 on 1. of course i dont add on fights that i obviously see is a 1 on 1, but i think everyone should stop treating stealthers as if they have all the rights to all enemies, because noone does have that in RvR.

nobody said you can't add, because there isn't a rule like that. but its nice to give people the chance to finish their fight.. because in the end challenging fights are more fun than steamrolling, but mythics rules are based on roleplaying

Could it be to do with the fact that it takes quite some time to locate an enemy (as a stealther), get into position, look around for the zerg inc over the hill, go for the PA / crit strike only to have some fg with speed come running up and steamroller the action.

stealthers have to be quite fussy with their targets so i can understand them getting upset when they find a fight and its gets added onto.

tho i do agree there is no need for rudeness.

teh leeching bastids dont deserve any kind of respect. I for one can understand people's hate towards stealthers, if they add on your visible vs visible fight they consider it ok, if you add on theirs its not... such doublestandards. Of course there are some expectations, but they are rare as white hollows... Anyways, i think i never told any sb-hunter to fuck off in a rude manner when they added on my - our fights but after getting added too much by them and the limitless scout zerg (not "pwning" one, then getting added on by the same person kinda kills charity towards them tbh...) so I have generalised stealthers as a bunch of leechors and nuked every single one of them when i had the chance to do so (xpections happened, but not much.)

It's not to do with the class or realm of the person that earns respect, it's to do with their personality, the way the play etc. Some stealthers earn respect, some don't.

Some people generalise, some don't.

I quite agree, I havent met a SB yet that has earnt my respect since Salamu-whatever quit though. Sad but true.

assasins dont, they can attack any target they wish, if it starts to go badly "ping" they vanish. non stealther soloers dont have the luxury of "picking" a fight.

I play 98% as hunter(not much nowadays), and I dont care at all if someone adds on me, and also I add whenever I want to, ok if I know that a special player never wants help I dont add, but then he should not complain if he dies, for me not helping him.

For me its, Midgard VS Albion/Hibernia, not grp vs grp or, player vs player.....
so if u see me, add whenever u want, u are welcome
